Polyglyolic Acid PGLA sutures with or without needles are sterile absorbable synthetic sutures coated with Poly glycolide co lactide & Calcium stearate has been found to be inserted, non--antigenic and non-pyrogenic.

The sutures are braided, are available dyed violet or undyed beige.

Polyglyolic Acid PGLA complies with the requirements of United States Pharmacopoeia USP for synthetic absorbable surgical suture with / without needles and European Pharmacopoeia EP for sterile synthetic absrobable surgical suture with/without needles.
